Job Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting initial candidate calls, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates and maintaining recruitment records.
Required Skills
Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills, basic knowledge of IT recruitment and the hiring process, and an understanding of sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates. Basic knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
