• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails and chats.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations and travel arrangements.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Provide personalized recommendations for holiday packages based on customer requirements.

🧑‍💼 Desired Skills:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer service and BPO experience.
• Knowledge of travel, hospitality or aviation processes is preferred.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
