⚙️ Team Member – Engineering Process & Instrumentation
Experience in mechanical and process engineering, PLC/SCADA and automation, and maintenance of injectable manufacturing equipment including vial, BFS, lyophilizer, autoclave, tunnel and isolator systems.
🔧 Team Member – Engineering Utilities
Experience working with HVAC, Purified Water, WFI, Clean Steam, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Chillers, Boilers, DG Sets and Electrical systems, including 33 KV license requirements.
💉 Team Member – Production Filling
Experience in aseptic operations involving Vial Filling, Cartridge Filling, Lyophilizer, Isolators, Vial Washing, Tunnel and Autoclave. Exposure to QMS processes such as investigations, deviations and change control is required.
🧪 Team Member – Production Compounding
Experience in injectable compounding, CIP, SIP, skids, vessels, solution preparation, filtration, equipment cleaning and GMP documentation.
📋 Team Member – Qualifications
Experience in sterile equipment qualification, including SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ execution for autoclaves, tunnels, filling/capping machines, lyophilizers, washing systems and related equipment.
🔬 Team Member – Quality Control (Chemical)
Hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV, chemical analysis and stability studies, along with knowledge of cGMP/GDP compliance in a USFDA-regulated environment.
🎓 Educational Qualification: Candidates with B.E./B.Tech, B.Pharma, Diploma, B.Sc or LLB qualifications in relevant or applicable specializations can apply, subject to the requirements of the respective position.
