Understand job requirements, client expectations and different job roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and provide updates on their application status.
Build candidate networks and maintain a talent pipeline for future vacancies.
Learn recruitment processes, interview techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
🧑💼 Desired Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Hindi communication skills are preferred.
Good interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
