Paid Internship for Freshers
We’re hiring freshers for our Paid Internship Programme — a career in recruitment, starting with training and ending with a full-time job.
If you’re a fresher, or have up to six months of experience, this is a solid way to start. You don’t need an HR background. You need to be willing to learn.
The first two to three weeks are proper training: sourcing, screening, client coordination, and how to run an end-to-end recruitment cycle on your own. Not theory. The way we actually work.
After that you’re on live requirements, hiring for real clients.
And it is paid, properly. A monthly stipend through the programme, a Completion Award Bonus, an incentive once you start billing, and a full-time role waiting for those who clear the programme.
Work from home. Open to graduates and post-graduates.
